Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager (AI-Enabled): a hands-on Project Manager who uses artificial intelligence tools to enhance project planning, execution, reporting, communication and operational efficiency. This is a project management role, not an AI Product Manager or machine learning engineering position. Experience managing AI-specific projects is not required; practical, responsible use of AI in day-to-day project management is highly valued.
Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, maintain status trackers, identify risks and issues, and coordinate mitigation and escalation.
• Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders; facilitate meetings, document decisions and communicate clear progress updates.
• Apply AI tools to streamline project documentation, meeting summaries, task tracking, status reporting and research or analysis.
• Use AI assistants to reduce repetitive administrative work in day-to-day project management, while validating output accuracy.
• Track project KPIs and delivery performance, present actionable insights and drive process improvements.
• Work within Agile, Scrum, hybrid or traditional delivery environments as appropriate to the project.

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience leading and delivering projects as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or digital environment.
• Strong planning, project execution, risk management, prioritization and stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI assistants or AI-enabled tools to improve project-management workflows, with concrete examples of impact.
• Experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Teams or comparable tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project governance fundamentals.
• Advanced English proficiency, including clear written and verbal communication with international stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely as an independent contractor from Argentina, Mexico, Colombia or the Dominican Republic, with a monthly rate within USD 4,000, all-inclusive (taxes, social security and other contractor costs included).

Nice to Have

• Experience using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini or similar tools for structured project work.
• Familiarity with AI features built into everyday tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot in Teams or Office, Notion AI) for documentation and reporting.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or similar project management certification.
• Ability to define practical AI usage guidelines, protect sensitive information and review AI-generated outputs critically.
