The Role: AI Research Residency – internship This internship offers a unique opportunity for individuals to engage in AI research projects that intersect with their field of study. As an intern at Maincode, you'll collaborate within a research pod composed of AI Research Scientists, Systems Engineers, and Design Engineers. Together, you'll explore how your academic background can inform and shape the development of AI systems that enhance human decision-making. What You’ll Do Engage in interdisciplinary research projects that align with your academic interests and intersect with AI. Collaborate with a diverse team to design, prototype, and evaluate AI systems. Contribute to the development of systems that prioritize human agency and understanding. Share insights through presentations, publications, or internal knowledge-sharing sessions. You Might Be a Fit If You are currently enrolled in or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's program in a field such as computer science, neuroscience, linguistics, cognitive science, systems engineering, or related disciplines. You have a strong academic record and a keen interest in AI research. You are passionate about applying your expertise to real-world AI challenges. You thrive in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments. You are eager to explore how AI can augment human capabilities rather than replace them.
