Are you passionate about evaluating AI-generated content, identifying quality issues, and helping improve the next generation of artificial intelligence systems? We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to assess AI-generated voice, image, and video content. In this role, you will interact with AI systems, review multimedia outputs, provide structured feedback, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of advanced AI technologies in a flexible, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice systems and evaluate their naturalness, clarity, usefulness, and overall quality.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which outputs best align with provided instructions and objectives.
• Carefully review multimedia content to identify visual, audio, motion, or quality-related issues.
• Assess outputs across various criteria, including accuracy, realism, quality, consistency, and prompt adherence.
• Provide detailed, evidence-based written feedback explaining evaluation decisions and observations.
• Analyze content for artifacts, inaccuracies, unnatural behaviors, synchronization issues, and other quality concerns.
• Follow evaluation guidelines to ensure consistent and objective scoring across assignments.
• Support the enhancement of AI systems through high-quality reviews and actionable feedback.

Typical Activities

• Compare multiple AI-generated images and select the version that best fulfills the intended requirements.
• Evaluate videos for realism, quality, motion accuracy, and alignment with prompts or reference materials.
• Review and refine AI-generated descriptions, labels, and annotations for improved accuracy.
• Assess AI-generated speech and voice outputs for pronunciation, fluency, clarity, and natural conversational quality.
• Document observations and recommendations to support ongoing AI model improvement.
• Perform detailed quality assurance reviews across a variety of multimedia content types.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle differences in content quality.
• Excellent observational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to provide concise, clear, and evidence-based written feedback.
• Comfortable making objective decisions when evaluating multiple content options.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content review, quality assurance, data annotation, testing, auditing, or evaluation roles.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or digital content assessment.
• Experience writing reviews, evaluations, reports, or structured feedback.
• Ability to analyze complex or ambiguous scenarios and make well-supported judgments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background is preferred.
