The team is building a large-scale web application used to manage and track government-owned assets while meeting strict security, compliance, and audit requirements. This is a backend-oriented Full Stack role with approximately 60% .NET / 40% Angular . Although backend development is the primary focus, we're looking for an engineer who can take ownership of the frontend architecture and establish a solid foundation for future development. AI is an integral part of the engineering workflow. We expect developers to actively leverage AI-powered tools on a daily basis to improve productivity, code quality, and software delivery. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET and C#. Develop and maintain Angular applications for enterprise web solutions. Build and own the frontend architecture, including project structure, reusable components, shared libraries, and engineering standards. Create a frontend foundation that enables other developers to easily extend the application with new features. Design and implement REST APIs and integrate frontend and backend components. Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Work with AI-powered development tools as part of the daily engineering workflow. Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Must Have 5+ years of commercial software development experience. Strong expertise with .NET and C#. Strong hands-on Angular experience. Proven ability to build Angular applications from scratch , including project structure, architecture, reusable components, and shared modules. Experience developing complete frontend features, not only maintaining existing functionality. Experience building and maintaining production-grade enterprise web applications. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices. Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications. Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions. Practical experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or similar. Experience integrating AI services and APIs into applications. Upper-Intermediate or higher English. Nice to Have Experience with Azure or AWS. Experience with AI agents, MCP, RAG, or prompt engineering. Experience designing scalable frontend architectures for enterprise applications.
