What you'll do: Hands-on Contributions: Actively develop and enhance a suite of microservices, with a strong emphasis on quality, scalability, and security. Engineering Problem Definition: Clearly define complex engineering challenges, ensuring roles and responsibilities are well assigned and understood. System Design: Decompose systems and interactions into manageable, actionable components for efficient implementation. Team Empowerment: Foster team growth by providing technical mentorship and supporting skill development. What you bring: Educational Background: Strong degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (Bachelor/Master). Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in distributed systems and cloud computing . Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language. Java or Golang (Go) is beneficial. Container Technology : Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s), Cloud Foundry, or other container technologies is beneficial. Security Knowledge: Experience with security protocols such as OAuth2.0, IAM, Cryptography is a plus. Agile: Understanding of agile software development processes, particularly Scrum. Collaborative Approach: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal).
