AI Social Media Architect

We're looking for an AI Social Media Architect! Remote (United States) | Full-Time | Fully Remote Build the AI-powered social media operating system behind Rastegar. About Us Rastegar Property Company is a rapidly growing real estate investment firm focused on acquiring, developing, and managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets. As our portfolio and business continue to grow, we’re building a social media operation that can turn our content, ideas, and expertise into qualified attention and measurable business results. The Role We are looking for an exceptional AI Social Media Architect to build and operate a highly automated, multi-platform social media ecosystem. This is not a traditional Social Media Manager role . We’re looking for someone with deep social media expertise and advanced, hands-on AI and automation capabilities. You should understand how to grow audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn —and know how to use AI, automation, APIs, agents, and modern content tools to dramatically increase the speed, scale, and intelligence of that operation. This role is ideal for someone who is a builder, systems-minded, experimental, and commercially focused . You should be comfortable taking an objective, designing the system, and executing without waiting for a detailed playbook. What You’ll Do AI-Powered Content Engine Build and operate an AI-powered content engine that transforms our long-form podcasts, interviews, appearances, and other original content into high-quality, platform-native content at scale. Design automated workflows across the full content lifecycle: long-form content → identify best moments → clip → edit → caption → package → publish → analyze → optimize. Use AI to accelerate content production while maintaining quality, consistency, and platform-native execution. Continuously improve the efficiency and output of the content operation. Multi-Platform & Multi-Account Distribution Design and operate a network of social accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn . Develop differentiated distribution strategies for flagship brand and founder accounts, niche and educational properties, and other strategically differentiated accounts. Understand how different accounts can ethically and effectively amplify content, reach different audiences, test ideas, and drive qualified attention toward primary properties. Build systems that allow the operation to scale without creating a large manual production operation. AI Influencers & Digital Personas Build AI-native creators and digital media personalities from the ground up. Own the process from concept → identity → visual creation → voice → content → distribution → audience → monetization. Develop differentiated AI-native media properties and test their audience potential. Build repeatable systems for content creation, distribution, and audience growth. AI & Automation Infrastructure Architect and continuously improve the technology behind the operation. Use LLMs, AI agents, prompt and context engineering, AI video and image generation, voice generation, APIs, and workflow automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n. Build integrations across content production, publishing, analytics, social listening, and CRM systems. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve the speed, quality, and intelligence of the operation. Funnels, Analytics & Monetization Build systems that connect social distribution to landing pages, email, SMS, CRM, communities, events, and other conversion channels. Establish analytics and experimentation frameworks to identify winning content, formats, hooks, and distribution strategies. Track what generates qualified audience growth, leads, and revenue—not simply views or engagement. Continuously improve the operation through performance data and experimentation. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves Demonstrated experience building and growing social media audiences , with measurable results. Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn , including platform-specific content formats, algorithms, hooks, retention, and distribution. Hands-on experience building or operating multi-account social media networks . Strong experience using AI to automate content production, distribution, or other meaningful parts of a social media operation . Advanced proficiency with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and workflow automation . Experience building automated long-form-to-short-form content pipelines . Strong understanding of content analytics, experimentation, and performance optimization. Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect social media activity to measurable business outcomes . High ownership, strong execution, and the ability to build systems independently. Bonus Points For Experience creating AI influencers, AI-generated media accounts, or digital personas . Experience building funnels that convert social audiences into leads or customers. Experience with CRM, email, SMS, or community integrations . Experience with AI video, image, and voice generation. Experience operating social media for a founder, investment platform, financial services company, or other complex business. Experience building or scaling a content, growth, or media operation.
