AI Software Engineer

In this role, you will: Innovate and Deploy: Design and ship advanced AI Systems that solve real problems. Bring Xinobi AI’s research from concept to production, building AI-driven apps with real impact. Collaborate with the Best: Pair with researchers, engineers, and PMs to tackle tough business challenges and deliver AI solutions in a fast, creative team. Optimize and Scale: Build scalable data pipelines, tune models for speed and accuracy, and harden them for production. Learn and Lead: Track the latest ML/AI advances, drive code reviews, share knowledge, and set high engineering bars. Make a Difference: Monitor live models and keep them delivering value to people, businesses, and society. You might thrive in this role if you: Have strong industry experience in CS, ML, Data Science, or related field. Have built production systems in Python/FastAPI. Enjoy shipping new products & systems fast! Bring experience with LangChain, LiveKit, or other SOTA AI Frameworks Conceptually understand training & fine-tuning LLMs (distillation, SFT, policy-opt, etc.). Attack problems analytically and proactively. Work smoothly with cross-functional teams. Move fast amid fuzzy specs and shifting priorities. Own problems end-to-end and learn whatever’s missing to get them done.
