We’re looking for a builder who treats AI tools as an extension of their own mind. If you use Cursor, Claude Code, and automated deployments to do the work of a five-person team, we want to talk to you.

The Role: AI-Native Backend Specialist

This is a backend-heavy engineering role with a focus on agentic workflows and infrastructure. You will spend most of your time in the guts of the system. However, we expect you to have the product sense to "vibe check" a UI and the ability to use AI to whip up a clean frontend when the project demands it.

What you’ll be doing:

Building Agentic Systems: Design and implement complex AI agents that work in production environments.
Rapid Product Development: Move from concept to deployment in days, not months.
Enterprise Deployments: Handle the difficult parts of AI. Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and integrated into high-stakes environments.
Client Collaboration: Occasionally jump on calls to translate technical architecture into business value. It is a major plus if you can do this effectively.

Your Toolkit

AI Power User: You are an expert in Cursor, Claude Code, and other LLM-assisted development workflows. You optimize them for maximum speed.
Backend & DevOps: Strong proficiency in Python/Node, API design, and cloud deployments.
Product Intuition: You know when a feature is "good enough" to ship and when it needs more polish. You build for the user, not just the spec.
Execution Speed: You have a "shipping-first" mentality. You are fast, but you don't break the things that matter.

Scalable Upside: This is project-based work. Prove your competency and you will get more volume. High performers will eventually move into revenue-share models on the projects they lead.
