Job Overview And Responsibility

• ­ Lead client discovery and solution workshops, assess AI use cases, and translate business needs into feasible technical approaches.
• ­ Design secure, scalable, and cost­aware architectures using LLMs, RAG, agents, data integrations, and cloud services.
• ­ Build or guide PoCs, review designs and code, and support critical technical decisions during delivery.
• ­ Support solution scoping, technical proposals, presentations, and estimation for selected client opportunities.
• ­ Lead AI enablement by coaching teams on AI­assisted development, coding agents, evaluation practices, and reusable engineering workflows.
• ­ Define reference architectures, reusable patterns, governance principles, and success measures across AI projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• ­ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• ­ 6+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or a related technical role, including recent hands­on Generative AI experience.
• ­ Personally built and delivered at least one LLM, RAG, or agent­based application beyond the prototype stage.
• ­ Working knowledge of RAG, vector search, agentic workflows, tool calling, model selection, and AI system limitations.
• ­ Experience designing cloud­based architectures, APIs, integrations, data flows, and CI/CD practices.
• ­ Understanding of AI evaluation, observability, security, privacy, performance, and cost trade­offs.
• ­ Experience using AI coding tools and the ability to coach engineers in practical AI­assisted software development.
• ­ Client­facing experience in discovery, requirement translation, architecture presentations, and stakeholder communication.
• ­ Strong English communication, facilitation, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
