You will lead technical conversations, guide engineering teams and take ownership of solutions that address real business needs. Strong communication, sound technical judgement and a product mindset are central to this opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead technical discovery and presales, shaping requirements, estimates, proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
• Design backend and AI-enabled solutions, including LLM applications, RAG systems and agent orchestration.
• Own architectural decisions, defining non-functional requirements and explaining technical trade-offs to clients.
• Guide engineering delivery, producing architecture documentation, reviewing code and developing proofs of concept.
• Connect technology with business outcomes, balancing scope, resources, delivery timelines and user needs.

What You’ll Bring

• At least three years’ software architecture experience, supported by a strong backend engineering background.
• Practical AI experience, including LLM-based solutions, AI agents or orchestration.
• Hands-on AWS or Azure architecture experience, alongside Kubernetes and modern architectural patterns.
• Strong client-facing capability, with the confidence to lead discovery, present recommendations and explain complex ideas clearly.
• Ownership and product thinking, with evidence of guiding solutions through implementation.
• Strong English communication skills. German is advantageous given the client base.
• Python, Node.js and fintech experience would be advantageous.

You will contract directly with the client and invoice through your own registered business or company. This is a full-time B2B opportunity rather than direct employment.
