WORK MODE: 100%(FULL TIME AND HYBRID AND 2 ,3 DAYS ONSITE PER WEEK)

Role Summary:

• Shape and deliver AI solutions across HR, with the Blossom Transformation Program as an immediate priority. Advise on new demand, leverage existing capabilities and coordinate HR, Digital Technology teams, AI strategy and development teams, vendors and delivery partners to support a consistent and responsible AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the HR AI portfolio, identifying dependencies, gaps, overlaps and opportunities for reuse.
• Advise on new HR AI demand, translate opportunities into use cases and assess value, fit and adoption.
• Recommend the best solution approach: existing solutions, in-house development or third-party vendors.
• Coordinate AI initiatives from assessment through implementation and adoption, managing actions, dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Apply DT Architecture principles to the HR domain and ensure alignment with architecture, security, privacy and responsible AI requirements.
• Coordinate business, DT and external partners, including vendors, and drive alignment on key decisions.
• Define outcomes, success measures and ownership, support adoption and track business value.

Required Profile:

• Typically 4–7 years of experience in AI, digital or technology solution delivery, including AI-enabled initiatives.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, AI agents and enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives from demand through delivery and adoption.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, DT governance, security, privacy and responsible AI.
• Ability to assess solution options, challenge assumptions and manage multiple initiatives and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management, advisory, facilitation and communication skills.
• Able to bridge business, technology and external partners.
• Outcome-oriented, pragmatic, curious and comfortable navigating evolving AI topics and priorities.
