Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract: 12 months contract

Working Model: Hybrid, office work

We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design, build and deploy production-ready AI solutions, including intelligent agents, AI assistants and automated workflows.

You will work with modern LLM technologies to transform complex data and business processes into scalable, reliable AI applications within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents, LLM-powered applications and intelligent assistants.
• Build RAG solutions, tool integrations and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Build data-driven applications and dashboards, including solutions using R Shiny.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, REST APIs and Snowflake.
• Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, security guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, auditability and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering or machine learning.
• Strong Python development skills, ideally with FastAPI, Pydantic and asyncio.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI and frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Solid experience with R and R Shiny.
• Strong SQL and experience working with Snowflake and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git and CI/CD.
