Apex Alliance is a hotel development and management group, headquartered in Vilnius, operating across Europe. Our group develops, repositions, and operates hotels under leading international brands including Hilton, Radisson and Marriott International. We collaborate with teams in our managed properties, forge lasting partnerships with investors and property owners to create and operate successful hotel projects. As of 2026, Apex Alliance operates 16 hotels across 6 European countries with many more properties in the pipeline. With a courageous team, thriving properties, and a growing number of successful projects, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of hospitality and building business success together.
About the role
This is a building role, not a coordinating one. You design,
test and ship solutions yourself — and only then hand them over to users. The
scope runs two ways: automating repetitive administrative processes at HQ and
reviewing and redesigning existing hotel operational processes so that both the
guest experience and internal efficiency improve.
The role reports directly to the CTO and is based in Vilnius HQ. There are no direct
reports — you own the solutions and the decisions, not a team's admin.
What you'll do
• Build and deploy
AI-based solutions — assistants, agents, report generators, document
analysis tools — to automate HQ and hotel processes.
• Identify automation
opportunities across properties and HQ, assess their business value, and
run a prioritised project portfolio.
• Automate recurring
monthly reporting by connecting data from separate technical and
accounting systems.
• Deploy solutions that
improve the guest experience, including real-time review and complaint
analytics.
• Build and maintain a
shared library of reusable tools and templates so departments stop
duplicating each other's work.
• Own AI governance:
compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act), access control, and adherence to security
and group requirements.
• Measure and report
regularly on the outcome of every solution — hours saved, costs reduced,
user adoption, and impact on operational metrics.
• Work alongside IT, hotel
operations and new-opening teams so automation tools go live from day one
when a new hotel opens.
What we expect
• 3+ years building
automation, integration or data solutions in a business environment,
including at least 1 year with LLM-based solutions running in production.
• Hands-on experience with
language models (Claude, GPT) as a builder, not only a user: prompt
engineering, agents, API integrations.
• Python at a level
sufficient to take a solution into real-world use independently
(JavaScript / TypeScript a plus).
• Solid experience with
APIs, databases (SQL) and systems integrations.
• The ability to work out
a business process on your own, break it down and redesign it — without
being handed a technical specification.
• English as your working
language in an international team.
• Willingness to travel to
properties (roughly 20% of working time).
Nice to have
• Microsoft ecosystem:
Azure / Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Microsoft 365.
• Experience with hotel or
retail operational systems (PMS, POS, channel manager) or accounting
system integrations.
• Experience working
across multiple countries and multiple sites.
What we offer
• €5,000–6,000 gross per
month (final offer depending on experience and skills).
• Real decision-making
freedom: you choose the technology and the solution architecture — it
isn't handed to you.
• A direct line to the CTO
and access to every group function, from operations to finance.
• Visible impact: 18
hotels, six markets, and solutions hundreds of people will use daily.
• Hybrid working model.
• Health insurance.
• Employee rates across
our hotel portfolio.
