Job Overview

The AI Strategist will consult clients to prepare AI roadmaps and strategies for our clients. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive AI strategies that align with our client’s business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and create innovative solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning with strategic business acumen to drive measurable outcomes and position Iteria.us at the forefront of AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Integration and Implementation: Lead design and strategy consulting sessions to guide our client’s through strategies and roadmap development.

Strategic Planning and Vision Development: Design and implement strategies for our clients

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, technical teams, and external partners to align AI initiatives with business goals, foster collaboration, and ensure buy-in across departments.

Thought Leadership and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, providing expert guidance to leadership and contributing to thought leadership content to enhance iteria.us’s brand in the AI ecosystem.

Training and Change Management: Consult to implement AI strategy plans for our clients and execute the development plans and implement training programs to upskill our client’s employees on AI tools and foster a culture of AI-driven innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant AI certifications (e.g., MIT’s AI Implications for Business Strategy) is preferred.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or technology strategy roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.

Proven track record of developing and implementing AI strategies that drive business value, preferably in a technology-driven or consulting environment.

Experience in market analysis, competitive positioning, and identifying AI-driven opportunities.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, generative AI, and natural language processing.

Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, ethical considerations, and data privacy regulations.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Soft Skills:

Strategic thinking and problem-solving with a focus on aligning technology with business goals.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong leadership and collaboration abilities to manage cross-functional teams and drive change.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience in industries such as technology, consulting, healthcare, or finance is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing or client-facing AI solutions is advantageous.
