AI Systems Engineer

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for hands-on AI Systems Engineers to join a North American SaaS company. The company works on landing pages, conversion optimization and CRM, and is going through an AI-first product transformation. This is an execution role, not an architecture role. The team already has technical leads and an established agent architecture, and you will build inside that system. You will use AI agents and agent swarms to speed up delivery, ship AI-powered features to production, and deliver well above the team's current pace.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and ship features within the existing agent architecture and AI software development lifecycle (AI SDLC).
• Use AI to create and maintain agents and skills that speed up delivery through the backlog.
• Run agent swarms as part of daily engineering work.
• Ship AI-powered and agentic features to production across the landing page and CRM platforms.
• Deliver output well above the current pace of about one small pull request per day.
• Flag, fix or log small issues and tech debt you find during assigned work.
• Bring your own ideas and problem-solving approaches while staying within the existing architecture.

Additional Requirements:

• Mid-level to senior software engineering experience.
• An AI-forward way of working, using AI to create and maintain agents and skills that speed up the backlog.
• Proven experience running agent swarms in real delivery work.
• AI-powered or agentic features shipped to production that are actually live, not just proofs of concept.
• Solid hands-on experience building within an agent architecture someone else designed.
• Strong practical skills in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React, Tailwind, GraphQL, AWS, Postgres and DynamoDB.
• A track record of consistent, meaningful shipped output.
• Strong spoken and written English for daily standups and async communication with a North American team.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university.

Workplace: Remote

Working Hours:

US Business Hours : 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific Standard Time
Bangladesh Hours: 11 PM to 8 AM Bangladesh Standard Time

Salary:
