It is a coaching organization that supports parents navigating estrangement from their adult children through year-long, human-led programs. The company offers three tiers of guided implementation — a structured community tier, a guided 1:1 coaching tier, and a high-touch tier with direct access to senior leadership — all designed to move families toward reconnection with live human support rather than a self-paced course.
Mission
Take ownership of the daily operating loop across a portfolio of paid advertising accounts, then progressively build and automate the systems that run them.
The goal is to move the Founder from day-to-day operations toward designing and launching new revenue systems.
You will begin by operating the existing system, then take ownership of funnel building and technical infrastructure, and ultimately help turn the entire operation into a repeatable, scalable system.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Account Operations
Monitor and analyze live advertising accounts on a daily basis.
Review performance data and identify anomalies, opportunities, and issues.
Make stop, reduce, and increase decisions based on documented performance rules.
Execute approved changes within defined spending limits.
Monitor creative performance and ensure replacement creative is available when needed.
Verify every change against the relevant advertising platform after execution.
Maintain accurate operational logs and documentation.
Escalate exceptions and situations that fall outside established rules.
AI-Powered Operations
Use AI agents as part of your daily workflow for analysis, execution, automation, and operational tasks.
Build and improve AI-powered workflows and agent systems.
Create reusable instructions and processes for AI agents.
Identify where AI automation is reliable and where human judgment or verification is required.
Continuously improve the operational system rather than simply completing individual tasks.
Funnel & Revenue System Development
Build complete marketing funnels from landing page through checkout and upsell flows.
Set up domains, hosting, DNS, tracking, attribution, and reporting.
Validate tracking and attribution before advertising spend is deployed.
Launch campaigns on top of completed and verified funnels.
Troubleshoot technical issues across websites, APIs, tracking systems, and integrations.
Progressively build additional funnels with increasing independence.
Marketing Automation & CRM
Build and maintain marketing automation workflows.
Work with forms, calendars, tags, webhooks, and automated follow-up systems.
Troubleshoot integrations and data flows between marketing platforms.
Help develop reliable systems for onboarding new clients and launching new revenue campaigns.
Systems & Documentation
Follow documented operating rules and decision frameworks.
Maintain reliable records of decisions, changes, and system status.
Identify failures and communicate them clearly rather than guessing.
Help transform successful processes into repeatable systems.
Contribute to building a scalable operational infrastructure for the business.
Qualifications
Years of Experience:
3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth, marketing technology, automation, revenue operations, or a related field
(agency or direct-response environment preferred).
Current hands-on experience using
Claude Code, Cursor, or a comparable AI coding/agent environment
in your daily work.
Demonstrated experience making decisions on
live advertising budgets
— not simply assisting with campaigns.
Experience shipping at least one complete marketing funnel that processed real payments.
AI & Development Tools:
Active daily use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor); ability to read, write, and debug REST API requests, JSON, webhooks, and scripts unaided.
Platforms & Tools:
Meta Ads Manager/API, Google Tag Manager (including server-side), Conversion APIs (CAPI), GoHighLevel (workflows, webhooks, tags), Looker Studio, Make/Zapier/n8n, Cloudflare/hosting environments.
Industry Knowledge Required:
Strong understanding of
direct-response marketing
and performance-driven customer acquisition.

Obsessive verification discipline — treats every deployment or automated pass as a hypothesis that must be confirmed live.
Strong advertising judgment — understands attribution delays and can evaluate platform metrics against financial reality.
High build capability — able to independently ship working web pages, checkout configurations, and tracking setups.
Precise written English — communicates complex technical issues, escalations, and system documentation with absolute clarity.
Strict integrity and intellectual honesty — reports failures and missing data transparently rather than making confident guesses.
Technical Requirements
Own PC or laptop with strong processing capabilities
Reliable, high-speed internet connection (wired connection recommended)
Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
Ability to operate securely with sensitive company credentials, ad accounts, and client data
Position Description
Working Hours:
8 hours/day, from Beirut Time (reliably covering US Eastern mornings around 7:30 AM ET)
Working Days:
5 days a week (Monday through Friday)
Days Off:
Saturday and Sunday
Work Location:
Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
PTO (Paid Time Off):
Standard time off with advance notice
Salary Range:
$2,500 - $3,000 USD/month
