AI Tools Trainer (Freelance)

- Consulting — with a focus on strategy, investment analysis, and digital process improvement;

- IT Team Augmentation — helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams.

The Project

We are seeking a hands-on AI practitioner to design and deliver practical, tool-focused training on Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and/or Claude, as part of our training offer in AI. Our sessions are highly practical, helping professionals use AI tools in their daily work and turn repetitive tasks into reliable workflows. This is a freelance, session-based collaboration, compatible with other professional commitments.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions and workshops, ranging from foundational concepts to advanced AI workflow building;

• Run live tool demonstrations and guide participants through hands-on exercises using real work tasks or reference cases;

• Teach effective prompting techniques, document and data analysis, source-based research, and output verification;

• Guide participants in building reusable workflows and assistants, such as Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate flows, custom GPTs, Projects, Claude skills and connectors, and Gemini Gems;

• Explain data protection and privacy settings for each tool, including the differences between personal and business accounts;

• Develop and maintain practical training materials, including prompt libraries, reference cases, sample files, and one-page guides;

• Validate and update course content as tool features and plans evolve;

• Adapt examples and exercises to different roles and sectors, including sales, HR, finance, customer service, and operations.

You need to have the following skills/experience:

• 2+ years of solid hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context;

• Daily professional use of at least one of the following tools: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Claude (please indicate which tools and your level in each);

• Proven experience building real AI workflows, agents, or assistants deployed in a professional setting, beyond personal experimentation;

• Practical knowledge of the surrounding ecosystems, such as Microsoft 365 for Copilot or Google Workspace for Gemini;

• Experience with automation tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or equivalents is a strong plus;

• Solid understanding of AI limitations, data privacy, and safe-use practices in a business environment;

• Proven experience as a trainer, facilitator, or in leading AI adoption within teams;

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, both online and in person;

• Fluency in Portuguese and English;

• Vendor certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Google) or a trainer certification (e.g. CCP) are a plus.
