AI Trainer

Job Description This is a remote position. Ambilio is an AI product and consulting firm focused on helping enterprises accelerate AI adoption through consulting, transformation programs, and capability development initiatives. We partner with B2B organizations to design and implement practical AI strategies, build customized AI solutions, and enable workforce readiness through hands-on learning, simulations, and enterprise training programs. Our work spans AI consulting, AI-powered product development, and large-scale AI capability-building engagements for enterprise teams and business functions. We are looking for highly experienced AI Trainers to deliver advanced, industry-focused AI capability development programs for enterprise teams across India and global markets. This is a freelance consulting and training role for senior professionals who have hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise-grade AI applications end-to-end. The trainer will work closely with leadership, enterprise clients, and internal product teams to conduct technical workshops, mentor teams, design learning journeys, and support real-world AI adoption initiatives. Requirements Strong hands-on expertise with Claude Stack including Claude Code and Claude Agent SDK Strong expertise with OpenAI Stack including OpenAI APIs and OpenAI Agents SDK Deep understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent Architecture/Communication), and agentic AI systems Experience with LLMOps, MLOps, RAG architectures, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI workflow automation Strong knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Databricks Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, API integrations, and microservices-based architectures Expertise in model deployment, monitoring, scaling, and enterprise AI implementation Key Responsibilities: Deliver advanced AI and GenAI training programs, workshops, and enterprise capability-building sessions Mentor professionals on real-world AI application development and enterprise AI adoption Design and customize enterprise learning content, labs, technical assessments, and sandbox-based learning initiatives Guide teams on AI architecture, deployment, governance, best practices, and operational implementation Support AI readiness, transformation, and capability development engagements for enterprise clients Preferred Profile: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for technical and business audiences Passion for applied AI, innovation, and enterprise capability development Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract Remote with occasional onsite sessions based on client requirements Engagements may include workshops, bootcamps, mentoring, consulting support, and enterprise transformation programs Benefits Flexible work, Freelance opportunity
