Role Description The AI Trainer at SWOT Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing, refining, and maintaining training data used to improve AI models. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and labeling data, writing and evaluating prompts and responses, and ensuring outputs align with quality, accuracy, and ethical standards. The AI Trainer collaborates with technical and non-technical team members to define guidelines, document processes, and provide feedback that enhances model behavior. This role also involves researching domain-specific topics, identifying edge cases, and continuously improving instructions and datasets to support better AI performance for client use cases.
Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and structure information, including strong critical thinking, logical reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills to create, review, and refine prompts, instructions, and training content.
• Comfort working with data and tools, including basic familiarity with spreadsheets, annotation platforms, and documentation systems.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or data-driven products, with willingness to learn technical concepts and industry best practices.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and professional communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as linguistics, communications, business, computer science, or related disciplines) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in content creation, data labeling, quality assurance, or user experience research is a plus.
