About the Role : FLCD partners with top companies to improve AI models through human feedback. We're looking for experienced software engineers to help train generative AI by solving diverse coding tasks. No prior AI experience needed. This is a fully remote, freelance role with flexible hours—work when it suits you Responsibilities: Create and answer computer science questions to support AI model training. Review, evaluate, and rank code generated by AI models. Preferred Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a reputable institution with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science. Proficient in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog. Strong ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in English. Exceptional attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guidelines. Why Join?
