About CADDi
At CADDi, our mission is to unleash the potential of manufacturing, and we provide the AI Data Platform for Manufacturing, "CADDi."
As AI pushes beyond the limits of intelligence, humanity increasingly runs into the limits of the physical world. The key to overcoming them is physical innovation driven by manufacturing. Our vision is to accelerate physical innovation 10x, and through CADDi we aim to accelerate innovation for our customers and for manufacturing as a whole.
Today, CADDi has offices in Japan, the United States, Vietnam and Thailand, and is used by customers in 22 countries, including more than half of the discrete manufacturers in the Nikkei 225. Even so, on the mountain we are climbing — unleashing the potential of manufacturing — we have barely begun. We are looking for people who share our mission and vision and want to make them real, to climb this mountain with us.
About CADDi Thailand
CADDi (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is our base in Bangkok. Together with our team in Vietnam and members in Indonesia, we work with manufacturers across ASEAN, many of them Japanese companies, and Thailand is at the center of our ASEAN business.
About the role
Our members in ASEAN already use AI tools every day. But continuing on our current path will not create step-change growth.
As the first AI Transformation Lead in Asia, you will redesign how our teams work with AI as a given — building it yourself and making it stick. You will start with our sales, customer success and marketing teams, expand to other functions, and over time you can take what you learn to the solutions and products we deliver to customers.
AI at CADDi is not just a slogan. Our leadership is serious about making every member 5x, 10x, even 100x more productive.
What you will do
You will drive AI-first business transformation hands-on — from finding the right work to change, through redesign and building, to adoption and measuring impact.
- Go to the front line. Join our sales and customer success teams in their daily work and on customer visits, see for yourself what work they actually do, and map it out — tasks, time spent and where things get stuck.
- Shape the roadmap. Based on what you see on the ground and how teams use AI today, propose which work to change first based on business goals, and agree the priorities with leadership.
- Redesign processes with AI as a given. Map the current and target state, decide how work is split between people and AI agents, and rebuild how each team works — starting with sales, customer success and marketing.
- Build it yourself and make it run. Use AI tools such as Claude and AI agents to build systems that go beyond simple workflow automation and drive real business results.
- Make it stick across the organization. Involve champions in each country and team, design and run training and guides, and coach people until the new way of working becomes the norm.
- Show the impact in numbers. Design measures for time, output and quality, track them, share the results with Asia leadership and the AI Transformation team in Japan, and turn them into the next actions.
- Design the guardrails with Japan. Together with the AI Transformation team in Japan, set the rules for data handling, access and evaluating new tools.
- Take it to customers and the product. Work with our solutions and product teams to apply what you learn from internal transformation to the services we deliver to customers.
Why this role is exciting
- As the first AI Transformation Lead in Asia, you will redesign how our ASEAN teams work, starting from sales, customer success and marketing.
- You will not only shape the priorities, but also build, embed and prove the results in numbers yourself.
- You will work directly with the AI Transformation team in Japan, bring Japan's best practices to Thailand, and spread what works in Thailand across Asia and other regions.
- Beyond internal transformation, the role may grow into leading customer-facing solutions over time.
Must have
- Native Thai and business-level English.
- 5+ years of work experience.
- Experience changing how a team works — its process, tools or systems — so that people kept using the new way after you stepped back, with measurable results such as time saved or output gained.
- Experience building AI agents or automations yourself (no-code tools are fine) that other people keep using in their daily work.
- Experience getting busy, skeptical colleagues to adopt a new way of working, even without formal authority.
Nice to have
- Experience leading AI- or DX-driven change across multiple teams or functions.
- Experience running AI agents in production that automate work involving human judgment.
- Experience in transformation or process improvement projects at a strategy, business or IT consulting firm.
- Experience building a business or organization from scratch at a startup or in a new business.
- Ability to build data integrations or applications yourself with Python, SQL, APIs, etc.
- A track record of sharing your AI work internally or externally, including speaking.
- Japanese language ability (a big plus), or experience working with Japanese companies.
- Work experience in manufacturing or B2B SaaS.
We care more about what you changed and what results you delivered than about your title.
Who fits this role
- You do not stop at a demo: you build it, get people to use it, and measure what changed.
- You start by changing your own work with AI before asking others to change theirs.
- You want to work with a leadership team that is serious about step-change growth, and to push each other.
- You care about using AI safely — what data goes where, and who can see it.
- You share our mission, "Unleash the potential of manufacturing," and want to use AI to bring step-change growth to our ASEAN business.
