We need to find an AI Transformation Lead who can bridge the gap between business, technology and AI for our healthcare client in Sydney. Hybrid working is available, with the option to work from home for part of the week, and there are employee perks and benefits.
- Take Ownership of the AI Transformation Roadmap
- Technical Skills across GenAI, LLMs, RAG and AI/Cloud Platforms
- Delivery, Stakeholder Management and Leadership skills
This is a rare opportunity to work in an environment where the AI function is still being established. It is important to be able to translate business problems into AI solutions and deliver them with cross-functional teams.
This is an exciting time to be joining as a pioneer for AI. Having a mindset for continuous learning and collaboration is important for this role. The work you will be doing will have real meaning and impact for everyday people across Australia.
Thousands of problem statements need to be operationalised out of Claude. You will contribute to establishing the data foundation layer, estimated to take 8-12 weeks, then implement models for the entire spectrum of the enterprise, in line with data governance.
As somebody who can bridge the gap between business, technology and AI, you will make sure that the right things are delivered by turning agreed opportunities into real and deliverable initiatives across the business.
Technically, you are required to have a deep understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG and modern cloud and AI platforms like Azure and OpenAI, in order to challenge and guide engineering and data teams on AI solutions, LLMs, data, document processing and implementation.
It's important to establish risk management frameworks and compliance for data privacy and regulators, and ensure that AI is safe for use across the organisation. As well as aligning AI initiatives with business strategy and financial goals, you will be tasked with driving workforce reskilling and training programs to integrate AI into everyday workflows.
This is a hybrid working environment, with the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days a week and in the Sydney office 2-3 days a week. Serving a notice period is fine, an attractive salary is on offer, and interviews will commence immediately.
This business puts its people and customers first. The team is committed, customer-focused, adaptable and curious. An innovative and values-driven culture allows you to make real contributions that will shape the future of the organisation and its people.
