About us

Talent Garden is the AI Transformation Academy, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in the innovation ecosystem through diverse learning experiences. With online, offline and hybrid courses, corporate programs and work and event spaces, we combine work life and learning.

Founded in Italy in 2011, Talent Garden has trained over 25,000 professionals in digital skills and business innovation, developed tailored corporate education programs for Fortune 500 companies, and built a network of 7 campuses in 4 countries, hosting over 4,500 innovators from startups, corporate labs, investors and SMEs.

Today, our focus is on helping organizations adopt AI as a driver of business transformation, combining strategic advisory with hands-on implementation, and never losing sight of the people who make that transformation happen.

The role

We are looking for an AI Transformation Strategist to join our Strategy team within the B2B Corporate Transformation business unit.

Your mission is to design and lead our agentic workforce programs end to end: from the first conversation with the client to the moment new ways of working, supported by AI agents, become part of everyday operations. You will own the whole program across our three phases: Foundation, Build and Scale.

Our approach puts people at the centre of every phase: employees map their own processes, take part in designing the agents that will support them, and are guided as their roles change. You will bring this approach to life with clients, working alongside the technical partners who build the solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery with C-level and business leaders to identify pain points and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
  • Run participatory workshops where teams map their own AS-IS processes and design the TO-BE, so that change starts while the analysis is being done.
  • Build business cases for AI agents and automation, translating technology into operational impact and measurable results.
  • Co-design agents with the people who will use them, and coordinate the technical partners who develop them, keeping scope, timing and quality under control.
  • Redesign roles, responsibilities and ways of working as processes change, and guide adoption until it is measurable.
  • Act as a credible counterpart for IT and digital functions on AI capabilities, governance and responsible adoption, including Shadow AI. You don't design architectures: you know enough to hold the conversation and brief those who do.
  • Structure proposals, roadmaps and pre-sales narratives, and act as a reference point for colleagues growing on this type of project.

About you

You have already led transformation projects end to end, and you know they succeed or fail on people. You are as comfortable analysing a process as you are running a room where the people who live that process redesign it.

What we need

  • 5+ years in management consulting, operations or digital transformation, with at least one program led end to end, from analysis to adoption.
  • Solid experience in process analysis and redesign, operating models and business cases.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops with teams and managers, getting people to map and rethink their own work.
  • Strong standing with senior stakeholders, IT included, and willingness to challenge assumptions.
  • Daily, confident use of GenAI tools and a clear understanding of AI agents and automation: what they can do, what they cost, where they fail. Hands-on experience with tools such as n8n, Make or Copilot Studio is a plus, not a requirement.

What matters a lot

  • Comfort in front of an audience: you can run a classroom session on AI and make people use the tools, not just watch.
  • A human-centred eye: you pay attention to how people interact, resist and adopt, not only to how the flow works.
  • Clear writing: you can turn a messy brief into a convincing proposal.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and Copilot rollouts.
  • Experience with Lean, service design or other participatory methods.
  • A background that mixes business and humanities.

Language and location: native Italian, professional English; based in Milan and able to travel to Rome and other locations when needed.

You don't need to be a developer or a solution architect: we build agents with technical partners. If your strength is writing code rather than leading clients and teams through a transformation, this is probably not the role for you.

Perks and benefits

  • Hybrid work environment, combining remote flexibility with regular on-site collaboration across our campuses
  • Access to all our co-working spaces across Europe
  • Free access to all our Master courses
  • Meal vouchers and a €1,000 welfare budget to spend as you like (available only in Italy)
  • Mum&Dad policy offering (even more) flexible remote work options for expecting parents, a €1,000 bonus, and additional leave for dads to bond with their child
  • An extra 6 working days of vacation each year, on top of local regulations
  • December 24 and 31 automatically become holidays when they fall on weekdays
  • Company-provided MacBook
  • Access to discounts, events and networking opportunities at our co-working spaces
  • P.S. We're pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring your furry friend to work!

Selection process

  1. Submit your application. Send us your CV and feel free to showcase your personality. If you prefer a creative format, go ahead.
  2. Response time. We'll get back to you within 10 days if we're a match. If not, we'll still do our best to notify you promptly.
  3. Initial video call. An initial video call with our team to assess cultural fit. Make sure to check out
    our company page
    beforehand.
  4. Interviews and project work. A couple of interview rounds, one of which includes a project work: you will receive a short case of a company that wants to introduce AI agents in one of its functions, and design the program from Foundation to Scale. You will present it as you would to the client's leadership team, and run 10 minutes of the process-mapping workshop with us as if we were the employees.
  5. Final step. A call with our CEO.

Salary

The salary/salary range for the role is 45.000,00/55.000,00€ gross per year based on the experiences and expertise of the candidate.

At Talent Garden, diversity is our strength.
We're committed to a safe, inclusive environment, welcoming applicants regardless of background.
