AI Video Editor / Motion Designer

What Will You Do

• Edit short-form motion ads that trigger emotion and drive conversions.
• Create and optimize video ads with proven hook-retention-CTA structures that maximize watch time and conversion rates.
• Work closely with Creative Strategists, Designers, and Marketers.
• Build ads primarily with AI video and image generation tools - paired with strong storytelling and performance insight.
• Create ads that reach audiences across the US and Europe.
• Produce and iterate on high volumes of ad variations to feed rapid creative testing.
  
  

Applicant Requirements

Must have

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with strong fluency in DaVinci Resolve.
• Fluent, hands-on use of AI generation tools as a core part of your daily workflow, with AI video generation front and center (Magnific, Higgsfield, Claude, and so on).
• A strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling in short-form video.
• Solid grasp of platform-specific specs for Meta and other ad platforms (duration, aspect ratios, safe zones, captions, compression).
• Comfortable producing a high volume of creative variations and iterating quickly on feedback, while working independently with open, transparent communication.
• A reel or portfolio of short-form / performance video work - AI-assisted pieces very welcome.
  
  

Nice to have (the rest we can teach you)

• Experience in performance marketing - or simply a data-oriented mindset: comfortable reading creative metrics (CTR, hook rate, retention, CPA) and making sound decisions from them.
• Enough design sensibility - motion graphics, layout, typography, color - to make the final cut look polished.
• A good ear for sound: music and trending-audio selection, plus clean voiceover and sync.
• Confident prompt-writing for generative image and video tools.

Salary

Depending on your experience and qualifications salary around 2200 EUR - 3000 EUR Gross, and even higher with performance & other bonuses.
