🚀 We’re Hiring: AI Video Generation & Prompt Specialist

Northbound Operating Partners is looking for a creative and highly skilled AI Video Generation & Prompt Specialist to create high-impact short-form video content using the latest generative AI tools.

This is not a traditional video editing role. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience generating videos with platforms such as:

✅ Higgsfield

✅ Seedance

✅ Veo 3

✅ Runway, Kling, Sora, or similar tools

✅ Advanced AI prompting for video generation

What you’ll do

• Create short-form AI-generated videos for social media, paid ads, and lead generation campaigns.
• Develop detailed prompts for characters, scenes, environments, camera movements, lighting, transitions, and visual consistency.
• Turn creative briefs, marketing ideas, and campaign angles into polished video assets.
• Generate multiple creative variations to test different hooks, concepts, and audiences.
• Edit and refine AI-generated footage using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content designed to capture attention and drive conversions.
• Maintain visual consistency across characters, scenes, and campaign assets.
• Stay updated on new AI video models, tools, prompting techniques, and creative workflows.
• What we’re looking forDemonstrable experience using Higgsfield, Seedance, or Veo 3.
• Strong experience as an AI Prompt Specialist, creating effective prompts for video generation.
• Understanding of camera angles, movement, lighting, pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual continuity.
• Experience creating short-form videos, paid ads, UGC-style content, or performance marketing creatives.
• Ability to turn marketing concepts into visually engaging content.
• Experience creating multiple variations from the same campaign idea.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow creative feedback.

A portfolio is mandatory.

Your portfolio must include examples of videos created using AI tools, preferably:

• Higgsfield
• Seedance
• Veo 3
• Runway
• Kling
• Sora
• Other generative video platforms

Please specify which tool was used for each example.

Candidates who only submit traditional video editing work without AI-generated video examples will not continue in the selection process.

🕘 Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

⏱️ 40 hours per week | Weekends off
