Salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥10,000,000

Work Environment: Japanese (Business level) and English

Remote: Hybrid (2 days / week on-site)

• Lead full-stack development of web-based services
• Guide a small team of contractors (around 4 members)
• Build development roadmaps and improve engineering processes
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and external clients
• Occasionally participate in technical discussions for partner integrations

Required

• Full-stack experience in commercial web services (Python)
• Backend API/database design and frontend development skills
• Basic English communication for non-Japanese team interactions
• Willingness to engage in service planning and UX improvement

Preferred

• Experience managing small engineering teams
• Familiarity with agile development practices
• Understanding of scalable backend/infrastructure design
