Were now expanding our AI capabilities and are looking for someone passionate about building intelligent systemsespecially with low-code/no-code tools and modern AI agent frameworks. What Youll Do As an AI/ML Engineer, youll help Fastn explore and build cutting-edge AI-driven automations and intelligent agents using low-code/no-code platforms. Youll work closely with the product and engineering teams to rapidly prototype, test, and scale AI features that enhance our platform and customer experience. Your Responsibilities AI Agent Development: Design, build, and maintain AI agents using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., LangChain, Flowise, AutoGen, SuperAGI, etc.). Automation Workflows: Build and optimize automated workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n integrated with LLMs and APIs. Tooling & Integration: Connect various APIs, SaaS tools, and data sources using AI agents or drag-and-drop environments. Prototyping & Experimentation: Rapidly prototype AI use cases (e.g., customer support bots, smart data processors, intelligent data syncs). Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and other engineers to turn business problems into working AI/automation solutions. Monitoring & Optimization: Track and improve the performance and reliability of deployed agents and automation pipelines. What Were Looking For Were seeking a curious, hands-on AI/ML engineer who enjoys building intelligent systems fast, especially using low-code/no-code tools and frameworks that are redefining how AI is built and delivered. Must-Have Skills & Experience 2 - 4 years of experience in AI/ML, automation, or software engineering. Strong understanding of how LLMs (like GPT, Claude, etc.) work and how to integrate them into applications. Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., LangChain, Flowise, Make, Zapier, Bubble, Retool). Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, SuperAGI, CrewAI, AutoGen). Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations. Strong problem-solving skills and a fast prototyping mindset. Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments and iterating quickly. Nice-to-Have Skills Basic Python or JavaScript knowledge for custom logic inside automation tools. Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma). Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic APIs. Understanding of RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, or chain-of-thought reasoning techniques.
