We’re working with a company that’s building an AI enabled CRM. They have 4 engineers currently and are looking to add 2-3 more. They need someone to help them build out a relatively greenfield RAG workflow as well as some LLM-based workflows to power AI based interactions in their app. Bonus points if you’re comfortable enough with typescript to do a bit of work on their beackend. This would be a 6 month contract to hire role so provided things are going well after the initial 6 months they’d like to bring you on as long term employee at that point. About You Roughly in order of importance: You have experience working on both ingest and retrieval workflows for RAG Python Bonus if experienced with AWS You have expeirence building and optimizing LLM-based workflows You have python experience You have experience working in early stage environments You have 8+ years experience
