We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to join our innovative team focused on agent engineering. In this remote role, you will drive the technical implementation of agent-based projects and lead a talented group of AI/ML engineers. You will take full ownership of the Workflow Compiler development, integrate AgentCore and LangGraph, and build the execution framework while ensuring consistent implementation of agent patterns across the organization. - Lead the AI/ML team and set the technical direction for agent-based projects
- Take full ownership of the Workflow Compiler development
- Integrate systems with AgentCore and LangGraph
- Design and implement the execution framework and maintain consistency in agent patterns
- Mentor team members and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Support the debugging of complex agent states and execution flows
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML
- Proficiency in Python and its applications in AI/ML
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph and agent workflow design
- Experience integrating with Bedrock AgentCore
- Expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and prompt evaluation
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and code review skills
- Advanced level of English and residency in Poland
