Job Description We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI/NLP Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbot solutions using cutting-edge NLP techniques and tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with frameworks such as Rasa, Dialogflow, and modern LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude), and a strong foundation in Python and deep learning libraries. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our conversational AI capabilities by building robust and scalable NLP pipelines and chatbot systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and train intelligent chatbots tailored to business requirements Develop and fine-tune NLP models using tools like Rasa, Dialogflow, and LangChain Integrate large language models (LLMs) via APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and others Implement NLP workflows including intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions Optimize and scale NLP systems for performance, accuracy, and reliability Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, techniques, and industry best practices in NLP and AI Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field Proven experience with Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) Hands-on experience with Rasa , Dialogflow , or similar conversational AI frameworks Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI GPT , Claude , etc. Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks for building with LLMs Strong understanding of NLP concepts like intent classification, NER, and sentiment analysis Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate AI models into applications Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with chatbot deployment in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques Experience working in agile teams and DevOps environments Contributions to open-source NLP or AI projects is a plus Benefits Competitive Salary based on experience and skillset.
