Description General Skills/Qualifications. eFOIA, FOIA Xpress, and Microsoft Office software experience. Experienced with US Air Force FOIA process Ability to communication well both written (clear concise, well organized) and verbally (express clearly and succinctly). Familiar with the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act of 1974. Experience. A BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience processing Freedom of Information requests at the base level, command level preferred. Requirements Experience.
