Air Freight Operations Executive

Role Description This full-time Air Freight Operations Executive role at OneLogTr is a remote position based in Kadikoy. The role involves coordinating and monitoring daily air freight shipments, including booking cargo space, preparing export-import documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Air Freight Operations Executive will liaise with airlines, agents, and customers to provide shipment updates, resolve operational issues, and ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in operational systems, supporting rate and quotation processes, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize service quality. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, supporting the onboarding and training of team members, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, airlines, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and resolve shipment-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Candidates should possess Export- Import and Freight operations skills, including knowledge of air freight processes, documentation, and basic regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to support new team members and contribute to continuous improvement in operational practices.
• Relevant experience in logistics, air freight, or supply chain operations, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Ability to work effectively , manage priorities independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency with common office software and logistics systems; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Education in logistics, engineering or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
