💷 Rate: £600 per day (Umbrella)

🏡 Working Pattern: Hybrid

🚗 Travel: Driving licence and access to a vehicle required

We're seeking an experienced Alliance Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major ERP transformation programme across two organisations. The programme will involve implementing a reconfigured ERP solution using an established blueprint from another organisation, ensuring successful delivery of business benefits within agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a complex ERP transformation programme from initiation through to delivery.
• Define and establish programme strategy, governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and project teams, providing strategic leadership and direction.
• Manage programme budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, operational teams, and technical functions.
• Ensure successful benefits realisation and alignment with organisational objectives.
• Report programme progress and key decisions to senior stakeholders and governance boards.

Essential Experience

✅ Proven Programme Management experience delivering large-scale organisational change programmes

✅ Strong ERP programme delivery experience

✅ Experience leading complex, multi-stream transformation programmes

✅ Demonstrated success managing programme budgets, resources, risks, and benefits realisation

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills within complex environments

✅ Experience establishing programme governance, reporting, and control frameworks

✅ MSP Practitioner or equivalent programme management qualification preferred

✅ Degree-level education or significant relevant experience
