Alliant 3 Capture & Growth Lead

Salary Range: $180,000.00 To $250,000.00 Annually Alliant 3 Program & Capture Lead (Remote) We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of VSolvit’s Alliant 3 (A3) task order strategy. This individual will take ownership of building the A3 pipeline from the ground up, establishing qualification and capture processes, and creating a consistent cadence for identifying and pursuing opportunities. The initial focus will be a phased 90-day effort centered on VSolvit’s core customers and capabilities, including the U.S. Navy, DevSecOps, Software Development, Data Analytics, and AI/ML . Key Responsibilities: Build and manage the Alliant 3 task order pipeline Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with VSolvit’s capabilities Establish a repeatable capture and opportunity review process Analyze upcoming Alliant 2/3 task orders and recompetes Develop Navy-focused opportunities and capture strategies Coordinate with Business Development, Capture, and technical leadership Deliver measurable milestones throughout the initial 90-day program Ideal Candidate: Strong experience with Alliant 2/3, federal IT business development, pipeline development, and capture management, with the ability to independently build and own a program in a fast-paced environment.
