Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge. Support marketing efforts by promoting agency services and products. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry is a plus. Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
