What You'll Do As a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, you'll focus on growing the agency by developing new client relationships while delivering exceptional service to existing customers. Responsibilities Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and outbound outreach. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and recommend personalized coverage solutions. Educate clients on insurance products, policy features, and available discounts. Cross-sell and round out household accounts to better protect customers and increase retention. Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline. Assist with policy renewals and ongoing account reviews. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity. Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses . Previous insurance sales experience. Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
