Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity: At Pentoz, we are creating a high-velocity innovation ecosystem powered by scalable, cross-platform technologies. As an Alpha Anywhere Developer, you’ll take the lead in developing secure, responsive business apps for both desktop and mobile—serving enterprise needs across logistics, staffing, healthcare, and hospitality. With Alpha Anywhere’s powerful low-code + full-code hybrid platform, you’ll have the freedom to build rich front-ends, integrate robust backends, and deliver real-time business functionality at scale. You Will Be Responsible For: Application Development: Building custom, responsive apps using Alpha Anywhere’s low-code tools, including UX components, data-binding, and custom JavaScript/Xbasic. Backend Integration: Connecting apps with REST APIs, databases (SQL/MySQL), third-party systems, and cloud storage. Cross-Platform Optimization: Developing and deploying applications that run on web, Android, and iOS from a single codebase. Security & Compliance: Implementing secure user authentication, role-based access control, and encryption best practices. Workflow Automation: Building task flows, reports, notifications, and data sync functionality for offline/online environments. Collaboration: Working directly with project managers, designers, and clients to understand needs, prototype fast, and deploy on tight timelines. This Role Is For You If: You have 2–5 years of experience with Alpha Anywhere or other enterprise-grade low-code platforms. You’re comfortable using Xbasic, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and REST APIs. You’ve built data-intensive apps (dashboards, forms, reporting tools) for internal or external users. You understand mobile UX and responsive design. You’re self-driven, quality-focused, and enjoy owning the full app lifecycle.
