Amazon Brand Operations Assistant

Position Summary
We are looking for a sharp, independent Amazon Brand Operations Assistant (Junior Brand Manager) to run day-to-day Amazon operations for our apparel brand portfolio. This is not a "follow the steps" role. You will be given a clear playbook, and we need someone who learns it fast, applies it with good judgment every time, and runs multi-step work on their own without needing the same thing explained twice. You'll use spreadsheets, AI tools and simple automation to get repetitive work done faster, not by hand.

2. Fast learning and retention. You pick up a process after seeing it once or twice. You take your own notes, build your own checklists, and ask sharp questions up front instead of guessing.
3. Independence on medium-complexity work. You can run multi-step tasks from start to finish on your own, and you know when to make the call yourself and when to escalate to the Brand Manager.
4. An efficiency mindset. You are strong in Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, filters, formulas), and you use AI tools and simple automation to cut repetitive work.

Key Responsibilities
Listing Management & Troubleshooting
• Build and upload listings for new SKUs in Amazon Seller Central using provided keyword and content inputs
• Run weekly listing health checks (buy box, suppression, BSR changes) and fix issues without being chased
• Oversee our VAs on listing errors and support cases, catch their mistakes, and step in when needed
Inventory & Forecasting
• Monitor inventory levels and days of supply across SKUs
• Keep replenishment and forecasting reports up to date to prevent stockouts and overstock
• Track FBA shipment and receiving status
Pricing, Promotions & Deals
• Oversee coupon submissions done by our VAs and step in when needed
• Track deal eligibility and deadlines; submit and edit deals, and toggle SKUs on/off Deals, Sales and PEDs based on days of supply
• Make price changes under Brand Manager direction
Reporting & Analysis
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports, and automate them where you can
• Maintain weekly keyword and search trend reports
• Run weekly return and review analysis by SKU and flag patterns
• Update the product improvement tracker using Voice of Customer (VOC) insights
• Build reports that show how different strategy tests performed
• Keep the ERP system uploads up to date
• Prepare ad hoc reports as needed
Product Research & Project Management
• Track competitor trends and keyword search volume for the Brand Manager
• Help prepare forecasting sheets
• Keep the product sample tracker and product info up to date in Asana

Qualifications
• Strong in Excel or Google Sheets: lookups (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP), pivot tables, filters and formulas, used on real work data
• Uses AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) and simple automation in their daily work to save time
• Has followed a set process or playbook in a past role and can show how they kept it accurate without reminders
• Learns fast and keeps their own notes and checklists
• Comfortable handling multi-step tasks alone and knows when to escalate
• Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience is a strong plus
• Clear written English
• Can work 9am - 5pm EST, full time
