JoySpring is looking for an Amazon Director to own Amazon strategy, P&L performance, and team outcomes across existing and future marketplaces.

This role is responsible for scaling the Amazon channel profitably while maintaining strong operational discipline and performance visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Amazon P&L, including revenue, margin, advertising efficiency, and forecasting.
• Review and approve monthly Amazon performance and financial results.
• Define CRO priorities and ensure listings outperform category benchmarks.
• Oversee advertising and keyword strategy in partnership with the PPC team.
• Ensure scalable and repeatable product launch performance.
• Maintain compliance, catalog health, and pricing integrity across marketplaces.
• Lead and develop the Amazon team with clear KPIs and execution cadence.
• Align Amazon strategy with DTC and TikTok leadership and companywide campaigns.
• Support international marketplace expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior experience owning Amazon channel strategy and P&L performance.

• Strong financial and analytical mindset.

• Experience leading Amazon-focused teams and cross-functional partners.

• Experience with CRO, paid media oversight, and product launches on Amazon.

• Experience supporting international marketplaces.

• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
