About Cymbiotika At Cymbiotika, we believe that wellness starts with trust. That’s why we’re committed to creating supplements that are not only effective but also transparent. From the moment you pick up one of our products, you’ll know exactly what’s inside—no hidden ingredients, no confusing labels. We take pride in using only the highest-quality ingredients, carefully sourced and backed by science, to ensure you’re getting the best of nature and innovation in every supplement.

We understand that health is personal, which is why our supplements are designed to work with your body, not against it. By focusing on bioavailability and using advanced liposomal delivery systems, we ensure that your body can absorb and use the nutrients to their fullest potential. Our goal is simple: to help you feel your best, with products you can trust, made with ingredients you feel good about.

With Cymbiotika, you’re not just taking a supplement—you’re joining a community of people who value wellness, science, and the power of transparency. We’re here to empower you on your journey to better health, every step of the way.

Role Overivew

The Amazon & Marketplace Advertising Manager owns Cymbiotika's paid media on Amazon, from Sponsored Ads through Amazon DSP, and extends that playbook to Walmart Connect and other retail media networks. You will manage a high monthly ad budget, decide where each next dollar goes, and be accountable for profitable growth, not just platform-reported ROAS.

This is a hands-on-keyboard role. You will set strategy, but you will also live in the consoles, build your own reporting, and make the weekly calls on where to scale and where to cut.

Key Responsibilites

Amazon Advertising Strategy and Execution

  • Own the full-funnel Amazon Ads strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, and Streaming TV.

  • Set campaign architecture, keyword and audience strategy, bid frameworks, and budget pacing across a large and growing monthly spend.

  • Work alongside AI-driven bid and budget automation, setting the guardrails and goals it optimizes toward and stepping in when it drifts.

  • Run new product launches with full-funnel ad support, from Sponsored Products ramp to DSP retargeting.

Amazon DSP and AMC

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon DSP programs: prospecting, retargeting, conquesting, and brand-halo audiences, on and off Amazon.

  • Use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to build custom audiences, analyze path to purchase, and measure incrementality beyond last-touch ROAS.

  • Turn DSP and AMC findings into concrete shifts in budget and media mix.

Walmart and other marketplaces

  • Build and manage Walmart Connect (Sponsored Search and display) and extend to other retail media networks such as Target Roundel, Instacart, or TikTok Shop as we expand.

  • Adapt what works on Amazon to each marketplace's auction, audience, and measurement model.

Measurement, budgeting, and reporting

  • Own the advertising forecast and monthly budget, and reallocate across channels, products, and funnel stages to hit revenue and profit goals.

  • Manage to ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, new-to-brand, and contribution margin, knowing where each one misleads.

  • Build your own dashboards and weekly reporting, and present clear recommendations to leadership.

Cross-functional partnership

  • Align ad spend with inventory, pricing, coupons, deals, and Subscribe & Save so we never buy traffic to an out-of-stock or unprofitable listing.

  • Brief creative on what the conversion data says and partner on ad assets, Stores, and A+ content.

  • Manage agency and technology partners and hold them accountable to the plan.

Additional Duties: Perform other related duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned based on business needs and organizational priorities.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on Amazon advertising experience, brand-side or agency, with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display managed directly in the console within the last 12 months.

  • Required: 1+ years of hands-on Amazon DSP experience. You have personally built and optimized DSP campaigns, including audience strategy, on- and off-Amazon inventory, and frequency and budget management. Overseeing an agency that ran DSP does not meet this requirement.

  • Experience running Walmart Connect campaigns, plus at least one other marketplace or retail media network (Target, Instacart, Chewy, TikTok Shop, or similar).

  • A track record of managing large monthly ad budgets (roughly $500k+ per month) and improving TACoS while growing sales.

  • Working knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud: building audiences and running or adapting queries.

  • You think in contribution margin. You understand how fees, promotions, returns, and inventory change what a "good" ROAS and CAC (new-to-brand) are.

  • Advanced Excel, Google Sheets skills. You build the model yourself.

  • Hands-on experience using Claude (or a similar AI assistant) for reporting and day-to-day management: pulling and analyzing campaign data, building recurring reports and dashboards, automating routine checks, and drafting optimization recommendations. You know how to prompt well, check AI output against the source data, and turn it into faster decisions.

  • Clear, confident communication with leadership, and the judgment to explain why spend should move, not just that it should.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in supplements, vitamins, wellness, or other regulated consumer health categories, including ad policy and claims compliance.

  • Amazon Streaming TV, audio, or OTT campaign experience.

  • Experience with AI bid management and retail media platforms (for example Xnurta, Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai, or Helium 10).

  • Amazon Ads certifications (Amazon DSP, Retail, Campaign Optimization).

  • Familiarity with Seller Central reporting, Brand Analytics, and Search Query Performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
