Amazon Marketplace Executive

Role Overview: Riseup Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Executive to manage and maintain our Amazon Seller Central catalogue. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating product listings, managing product variations, maintaining catalogue health, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies. This role requires strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, bulk product uploads using Excel flat files, and a meticulous approach to maintaining accurate product information. Key Responsibilities: Product Uploads & Variations Create, upload, and maintain product listings and SKUs using bulk flat files (Excel). Manage complex parent-child variation families (sizes, colours, etc.). Listing Optimization Update and refine product titles, bullet points, and descriptions to improve click-through rates and organic search rankings. (Desirable). Content Management Upload and manage product images, A+ Content (or Enhanced Brand Content), and the Brand Story to increase conversions. Catalogue Maintenance Monitor account health and resolve suppressed listings. Fix stranded inventory. Address listing alerts and coupon errors. Compliance & Policy Adherence Ensure all product descriptions, keywords, and health claims comply with Amazon's Terms of Service and category guidelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and warehouse/supply chain teams to launch new products. Update seasonal product information and manage inventory status. Requirements & Qualifications Experience Hands-on experience navigating and managing Amazon Seller Central. Platform Skills Proven ability to manage bulk uploads using Amazon flat files and inventory templates. SEO Knowledge Familiarity with Amazon's A9/A10 algorithm, keyword research, and best practices for improving product search rankings. Technical Skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with keyword research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is highly desirable. Attention to Detail Meticulous eye for identifying typos, formatting issues, and inaccurate data that could negatively impact product performance or customer experience.
