ABOUT US

Rythm is the fastest-growing lab in America. We redefined at-home testing with the world’s easiest blood test and created a culture around monthly lab testing from home. We’ve processed millions of tests across all 50 states, and we do everything in-house, from sample testing and logistics to code, marketing, and design. That vertical integration gives us the speed, control, and creativity to shape the future of health and wellness.

THE ROLE

As our Amazon Store Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day running and growth of Rythm's Amazon storefront — a channel that puts our at-home blood test in front of millions of shoppers already searching for health products.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Seller Central inside out and understands what makes an Amazon shopper click, trust, and buy. You'll work closely with our marketing, creative, and operations teams to turn listings, ads, and reviews into measurable revenue.

We're looking for someone analytical, detail-obsessed, and resourceful. You'll have real ownership of the channel and help shape how Rythm reaches new customers on the world's largest marketplace.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of Rythm's Amazon store in Seller Central.
  • Build and maintain high-converting listings: titles, bullets, A+ Content, images, video, and Brand Store pages.
  • Run keyword research and SEO to improve organic rank and discoverability.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) against ACoS and TACoS targets.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, coupons, Lightning Deals, and Prime Day / Q4 event plans.
  • Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer questions; use Vine and other compliant programs to build social proof.
  • Partner with operations on FBA inventory planning, replenishment, and shipment creation to avoid stockouts.
  • Protect account health: policy compliance, Brand Registry, hijacker and counterfeit monitoring, and case management with Seller Support.
  • Keep listings and claims aligned with Amazon's health-product and restricted-category policies, working with our legal and regulatory teams.
  • Track and report weekly on sales, sessions, conversion rate, ad performance, and contribution margin.
  • Test new ideas continuously and stay current on Amazon platform changes and marketplace trends.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–4+ years directly managing and growing an Amazon store for a consumer brand (1P or 3P), with hands-on Seller Central experience.
  • A track record of measurable revenue growth on Amazon — you can talk numbers.
  • Strong command of Amazon Ads, including campaign structure, bidding, and keyword harvesting.
  • Experience with listing optimization, A+ Content, Brand Store, and Brand Registry.
  • Working knowledge of FBA logistics, inventory planning, and account health management.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable in Excel/Sheets and Amazon reporting (Business Reports, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance).
  • Clear communication and the ability to work across marketing, creative, and operations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful across many moving parts.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment and is comfortable figuring things out without a playbook.
  • Strong individual ownership, a low-ego mindset, and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Rythm Health offers a benefits package which includes:

  • A highly competitive base salary.
  • Meaningful equity aligned with the scope and impact of your role.
  • A monthly Rythm membership with full access to at-home blood testing and personalized health insights.
  • High ownership and visibility from day one, with the ability to make a meaningful impact.
  • The chance to help shape the future of personalized health and preventative care.
  • Flexible, remote-first work environment.
  • A generous paid time off policy.
  • 401(k).
  • Multiple healthcare plan options, with select plans fully covered by Rythm.
  • A small, collaborative, mission-driven team that moves quickly and values great ideas regardless of title.
