Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or remote setting. Experience with e-commerce or tech support is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, web-based tools, and chat software. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
