About Us

We are a globally focused organization committed to promoting financial integrity, regulatory awareness, and responsible business practices. We recognize the importance of effective anti-money laundering controls, risk-based compliance procedures, and continuous professional development in today's financial services environment. Through practical training and collaborative knowledge sharing, we aim to strengthen compliance capabilities and support a culture of accountability and ethical conduct.

The Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable AML Compliance Trainer / CAMS Specialist to deliver practical compliance training and support the development of effective anti-money laundering awareness and procedures. In this part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, you will help professionals understand AML requirements, customer due diligence, suspicious activity indicators, and risk-based compliance approaches.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on AML or financial crime compliance experience with strong communication and training skills. You should be able to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly and translate them into practical examples relevant to financial services and other regulated businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver AML, counter-terrorist financing (CFT), and financial crime compliance training sessions.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, case studies, assessment questions, and practical compliance exercises.
  • Explain customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), KYC procedures, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring principles.
  • Help learners recognize suspicious transaction patterns, red flags, and potential money laundering risks.
  • Explain risk-based approaches to customer onboarding, customer risk classification, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Support the development of internal compliance guidance, training records, and knowledge assessment materials.
  • Stay informed about relevant UAE AML/CFT requirements and applicable international standards.
  • Assess training effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and update materials as requirements evolve.
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, operations, and relevant business teams to identify knowledge gaps and training priorities.
  • Promote appropriate escalation, documentation, confidentiality, and ethical handling of sensitive information.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in AML, financial crime compliance, KYC/CDD, regulatory compliance, or compliance training is preferred.
  • CAMS certification or comparable AML-related professional credentials are advantageous.
  • Good understanding of AML/CFT frameworks, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, suspicious activity indicators, and risk-based compliance practices.
  • Familiarity with UAE AML/CFT requirements and the Dubai financial services environment is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to turn regulatory concepts into clear, practical learning materials.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, professional integrity, and discretion.
  • Comfortable delivering training both remotely and in person as required by the hybrid arrangement.
  • Ability to manage training schedules and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
What We Offer
  • Flexible part-time work with a hybrid arrangement in Dubai.
  • Opportunities to support compliance awareness and professional development.
  • Collaboration with compliance, risk management, and operational professionals.
  • A professional environment that values integrity, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Opportunities to contribute to stronger AML knowledge and more effective compliance practices.
