AMS Senior Consultant (French-speaking)

About the role:

We are looking for an AMS Senior Consultant (French-speaking) who provides expert functional and technical support, troubleshooting complex application issues, and optimizing SAP Business One systems to meet customer business needs.

In this role you will get to:

• Lead discussions with customers to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and objectives, translating them into effective SAP Business One solutions.
• Manage and resolve complex application issues with the relevant technical team through troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide expert functional support, system configuration, and process optimization to enhance SAP Business One performance and business efficiency.
• Conduct user training, deliver knowledge-sharing sessions, and recommend workarounds, new features, and additional modules to maximize system utilization.

What we are looking for:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Business One support and/or implementation.
• Strong understanding of SAP Business One core modules and commonly used add-ons.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
• Proven experience in SAP Business One upgrades and version migrations.
• Background in Finance and/or Manufacturing is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Business One.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL queries, SAP B1 HANA, and Crystal Reports.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and perform root cause analysis with the help of the technical team.
• Ability to create documentation and high-level development specifications.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• French - Native level.
