Job Description

Just imagine shaping digital media campaigns that connect the LEGO® brand with millions of fans and customers. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Senior Media Planning Associate, you’ll help deliver data-driven digital advertising across the Americas, including the US, Canada and Latin America. You’ll guide campaign strategy and execution, support investment decisions and lead campaign management by bringing cross-functional teams together to develop cohesive media plans that align with brand and commercial goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Planned media across key campaigns from initial planning through execution.
  • Managed campaign planning and execution across an integrated mix of paid media channels.
  • Delivered digital and programmatic advertising campaigns that supported brand and commercial objectives.
  • Applied evolving privacy and regulatory requirements to digital and programmatic media planning and campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Designed integrated media plans showing how channels work together across the consumer journey.
  • Built media plans supporting both immediate campaign performance and long-term brand growth.
  • Used The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP and DV360 to plan or execute digital media campaigns.

What you’ll build

  • Support the LEGO Group’s media strategy and campaign management across the US, Canada and Latin America, connecting regional activity with wider brand and business priorities.
  • Champion consumer-focused planning and buying, using data to balance long-term brand equity with immediate campaign performance.
  • Help ensure media investments follow global standards and deliver meaningful returns.
  • Bring paid-media guidance to leadership, brand managers and other internal and external partners.
  • Explore developments in artificial intelligence, retail media and the changing use of third-party cookies.
  • Turn emerging opportunities into practical improvements across campaign strategy and execution.

If you’ve worked in a role where you planned and delivered digital or programmatic campaigns, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect media choices with clear consumer, brand and commercial outcomes.

Life on the team

You’ll join a team where creativity meets data and where responsible marketing matters. We share perspectives openly, build strong working relationships and help one another turn complex media questions into clear action. You’ll bring confidence when guiding partners while staying curious about new platforms, technologies and consumer behaviors.

What success looks like

You’ll help create a consistent, consumer-focused media approach across the Americas while keeping campaigns responsive to a changing advertising ecosystem. As the landscape develops, you’ll strengthen how the team approaches technology, privacy and media investment. You’ll work closely with leadership, brand managers, internal teams and external partners to turn strategy into campaigns that connect with audiences and deliver against business goals.
