Job Description

AMS Supply Execution Management Specialist

Just imagine keeping customer orders moving smoothly from Distribution Centers to end customers while making every step clearer and more effective. Then make it real.

About the role

As our AMS Supply Execution Management Specialist, you'll drive order fulfillment for a defined group of accounts while ensuring compliance with LEGO® requirements. You'll connect market needs with supply chain execution, using data, problem-solving and continuous improvement to strengthen transparency and execution.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the Boston office. Relocation & visa assistance are not offered for this position.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year Experience in order processing, order management, and/or inventory management
  • Used SAP or a similar order management system to support order processing or order fulfillment.
  • Applied intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions, pivot tables and data visualization, to analyze order or inventory data.
  • Managed order processing, order management or inventory management activities.
  • Troubleshot system or order-related issues to identify root causes and support resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Processed sales orders directly in SAP.
  • Used Power BI or Tableau to create data visualizations or reporting.
  • Worked with both B2B and Retail channels.
  • Managed the end-to-end flow of customer orders, from order processing through fulfillment and delivery.

What you'll build

  • Support and improve order management processes, maintaining order quality and timely execution.
  • Create clear, data-driven reports that provide visibility into order status and fulfillment.
  • Develop improved business processes that increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Investigate system and order-related issues, identify root causes and escalate when needed.
  • Build productive partnerships across teams to align priorities and resolve challenges.

If you've worked in a role where you managed orders, inventory and fulfillment using SAP or similar systems, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is using data thoughtfully, solving problems proactively and looking for practical ways to improve how work gets done.

Life on the team

The Supply Execution Management team connects markets with supply chain operations, balancing short-term demand and supply while supporting responsive execution. You'll be part of a team focused on inventory deployment, order fulfillment, service and customer experience. You'll manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly and work collaboratively across teams. We're looking for someone who welcomes different ideas and approaches, takes ownership and keeps learning.

What success looks like

You'll bring greater transparency to order fulfillment, resolve issues thoughtfully and find opportunities to simplify processes. As you build familiarity with the end-to-end flow, you'll help the team respond proactively to changing needs and improve execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to align priorities, address challenges and keep products flowing efficiently from Distribution Centers to customers.

• With occasional supervision, tasks are assigned with some explanation

• More independently solving medium tasks with low level of support

• Responsible for multi countries or given region

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $84,488.00 - $126,732.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
