Job Description :

Desarrollar, administrar y optimizar dashboards e informes ejecutivos que permitan monitorear indicadores clave del negocio, transformando grandes volúmenes de datos en información accionable para la toma de decisiones. Trabajará en coordinación con el equipo de Intelligence, impulsando iniciativas de automatización y analítica avanzada mediante herramientas de Business Intelligence e Inteligencia Artificial.

Principales responsabilidades

• Diseñar y desarrollar dashboards interactivos en Power BI y Looker Studio.
• Analizar datos y generar insights para soportar decisiones estratégicas y operativas.
• Automatizar procesos de reporting utilizando SQL, Python e Inteligencia Artificial.
• Integrar y validar información proveniente de diversas fuentes de datos.
• Monitorear y analizar indicadores de desempeño, tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
• Elaborar reportes ejecutivos y presentaciones para diferentes stakeholders.
• Trabajar en conjunto con equipos de Intelligence, Data y áreas de negocio para atender requerimientos analíticos.

Requisitos

• Experiencia en análisis de datos y construcción de dashboards.
• Dominio de Power BI y Looker Studio.
• Conocimientos avanzados de SQL.
• Manejo de Python para análisis y automatización.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas al análisis de datos y optimización de procesos.
• Capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle y habilidad para comunicar hallazgos de forma clara.
