Posición híbrida: 3 días en sitio 2 días home office

• Descripción de Puesto
  • Soportar la estrategia del área del área de Desarrollo de Concesionarios de General Motors en alineación con todas las áreas del negocio (Ventas, Posventa, GMICA) para asegurar un crecimiento sostenido de la marca Chevrolet con una rentabilidad y sostenibilidad en el mediano y largo plazo en la Red de Concesionarios Chevrolet Ecuador.
  • Ejecutar las estrategias de desarrollo de la red Chevrolet en Ecuador enfocadas en:
    • Rentabilidad y solvencia financiera de la red.
    • Cobertura de Red (Zonas de crecimiento y optimización de puntos de venta).
    • Análisis de desempeño integral de la Red.
    • Búsqueda de nuevos inversionistas.
  • Implementar y mantener los estándares operativos del concesionario de Ventas, Posventa y GMICA; en coordinación con los líderes de cada área. Para asegurar la eficiencia en el concesionario y garantizar la mejor experiencia para nuestros clientes.
  • Implementar programas de evaluación y mejora de desempeño de los concesionarios, alineados a mejorar la experiencia del cliente, resultados de venta, posventa y finanzas.
    • Evaluación PAC Franchise de Desempeño.
  • Soportar la implementación programas de consultoría e intervención para mejora del desempeño de los concesionarios:
    • Plan de Mejora Integral
    • Plan de mejora de desempeño financiero.
    • Planes de mejora de desempeño comercial.
  • Administrar los contratos de venta y posventa de la Red de Concesionarios

Requisitos:

• • Formación: Ingeniería Comercial / Ingeniería Mecánica / Ingeniería Industrial y/o afines.
  • Deseable: MBA
  • Obligatorio Ingles: Avanzado
  • Dominio de: Manejo avanzado en Excel, Power BI, Python, Power Query, y paquetes computacionales.
  • Deseable conocimiento en Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año de haber trabajado en el sector automotriz y relación con concesionarios.
