Job Description

Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Finanças para integrar nosso time e ajudar a movimentar a operação financeira de alguns clientes da agência. Procuramos alguém organizado(a), analítico(a) e com atenção aos detalhes, que goste de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e internacional, garantindo que nossos processos financeiros aconteçam com excelência e agilidade

Nesta posição, você atuará em parceria com equipes locais e globais, garantindo a qualidade dos processos financeiros que suportam alguns dos principais clientes da agência.

O que você vai fazer

• Realizar o setup e a manutenção de projetos no Workday e demais sistemas financeiros, garantindo a correta configuração de contratos, ordens de compra, budgets e estruturas de faturamento.
• Executar o processo de faturamento ponta a ponta, assegurando que notas fiscais sejam emitidas corretamente, dentro dos prazos e em conformidade com contratos e políticas internas.
• Validar documentos, acompanhar aprovações e garantir a consistência das informações financeiras antes da emissão de faturamento.
• Monitorar orçamentos, ordens de compra e controles financeiros, identificando inconsistências e apoiando a resolução de desvios.
• Conciliar informações entre sistemas internos e plataformas dos clientes, garantindo precisão dos dados.
• Acompanhar indicadores operacionais como Contas a receber, WIP (Work in Progress) e demais transações financeiras relacionadas aos projetos.
• Atuar em parceria com Project Managers, Client Finance Managers e equipes globais para garantir o bom andamento das operações financeiras.
• Construir relacionamento com stakeholders , apoiando a resolução de demandas e mantendo os processos financeiros em constante movimento.

O que buscamos

• Experiência em operações financeiras, faturamento, contas a receber, controladoria operacional ou áreas correlatas.
• Vivência com sistemas financeiros, como Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ariba ou similares.
• Conhecimento de processos de faturamento, contratos e controles financeiros.
• Excel intermediário ou avançado.
• Perfil organizado, analítico, detalhista e com forte senso de responsabilidade.
• Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar em um ambiente colaborativo, dinâmico e multicultural.
• Inglês intermediário/avançado para interação com equipes
